All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in processing time. In such cases, we will inform you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Location

Fresh Woods USA currently ships to: USA

We are P.O. But do not send the goods. Box or APO/FPO addresses, unless otherwise stated. If shipping is not available to your location, you will be informed at checkout or contacted directly.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time depends on your location, selected shipping method and carrier availability.

Estimated Delivery Timeline:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays. Weather conditions, customs processing, or peak shipping season.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will usually be activated within 24-48 hours of shipment.
You are responsible for monitoring your shipment using the tracking information provided.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, Fresh Woods USA is not responsible for customs duties, fees, taxes or other charges imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

Fresh Woods USA is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. However, if your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if applicable.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the problem and provide a solution.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Fresh Woods USA is not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address. The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship the order.

8. Order Changes and Cancellation

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible and must follow our Refund and Return Policy.
